Our cacao beans are cultivated using traditional, sustainable farming practices without the use of synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Grown in nutrient-rich soils, each bean is hand-harvested at peak ripeness to ensure optimal flavor and quality.
After harvest, the beans undergo a meticulous fermentation process, typically lasting 5 to 7 days, which enhances their natural flavor profile by reducing bitterness and developing rich, complex notes. Following fermentation, the beans are sun-dried under controlled conditions to preserve their natural qualities and maintain low moisture content—critical for safe storage and transport.
